  • Product availability is subject to change without notice


3. Shipping & Delivery

Because we create each order specifically for you:

  • Production time is typically 3–5 business days

  • Delivery takes an additional 1–3 business days, depending on location

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped

Delays may occur due to logistics or high demand. We appreciate your patience and will always keep you updated.

 


4. Returns & Exchanges

Since each item is made-to-order:

  • Returns are only accepted in case of damaged or incorrect products

  • We do not offer size exchanges or refunds for change of mind

  • If there's an issue, please contact us at info@conflayt.com within 14 days of receiving your order


5. Pricing & Payment
